Maintenance tips
Sterilising the cup
Boiling your cup at the beginning and the end of each cycle maintains your cup lifetime for 5 years!

Cleaning
Only use water or unscented oil-free soap.
Bleach, lube or anti-bacterial products can attack the silicone and decrease the cup's lifetime.
Storage
Store your cup in the dry cleansing cup.

Replacing
If the general look of the cup changes e.g. colour change, silicone feels different or if a smell persists after boiling the cup, consider changing it with a new My Cup'in.
