First, Get prepared

Put your cup in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Wash your hands
Before inserting or removing the menstrual cup.
STEP 1 & 2: Fold & Insert
Folding My Cup'in
Two options

U-fold
Press the sides of the cup between your fingers and fold it in half to create a U.

Push down fold
Hold the cup between your thumb and middle finger. With your index finger, push the rim down into the center of the cup to create a triangle.

Stress can tighten your muscles and make the experience more difficult.
While sitting on the toilet, or standing with one leg up on the toilet, gently separate your labia with your free hand.
Insert

Hold the folded cup between your thumb and index finger and push the cup into your vagina vertically.
Turn the cup 360° to create a vacuum.
Where should My Cup'in be positioned?

Everyone is different.
Depending on the length of your cervix, the menstrual cup will be positioned differently.
Note: the cup needs to sit at the base of the vagina without it bothering you.

STEP 3: Remove & Empty

Remove

Gently pull the stem until you can grab the base of the cup.
Pinch the cup to break the seal and pull the cup down.
& Empty

Keep the cup straight up and empty the flow in the toilet.
